In this 1922, B&W, silent horror film, the mysterious Count Orlok summons Thomas Hutter to his remote Transylvanian castle in the mountains. The eerie Orlok seeks to buy a house near Hutter and his wife, Ellen. After Orlok reveals his vampire nature, Hutter struggles to escape the castle, knowing that Ellen is in grave danger. 94 minutes.

Come see and hear what it was like to experience a silent film back in the 1920’s!  Andrew Rogers will provide the soundtrack on the Temple’s 1927 Barton pipe organ. Rogers will talk briefly before the movie about the film.  He will also conduct a question and answer session after the movie.
