It is said Beethoven met Mozart only once. Armed with a letter of introduction, he had the ambition of taking lessons from the older Mozart, whom he considered to be the greatest living composer.
After hearing Beethoven play one of his compositions, Mozart exclaimed to his wife, “One day he will give the world something to talk about.”
Join us and witness these musical titans, together again on the Temple stage, as we present two of their brilliant choral works for our season finale.
